About ACLW

The Australian Centre for Leadership for Women was founded in 2000 by Dr Diann Rodgers-Healey. This virtual free Centre holds a strong position in the landscape of women and leadership in Australia and internationally.
From 27 March 2015 to July 2022, ACLW was a Proprietary Limited Company. ACLW continued to operate with a social conscience under the leadership of Dr Rodgers-Healey. Since July 2025, ACLW is no longer operating as an Australian business. This site is a record of its work for the community.
ACLW acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Land as the First People of this Country and pays its respect to Aboriginal elders past and present, and to all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people participating in ACLW.
